Custom Built Website Client:  Rath Management – A Delaware Rental Property Manager

This rental property manager needed a better website where his new clients could go and learn more about the services he provides.  So, he was built an appealing site with a couple of contact forms for his potential clients.  One form is very basic, the other is more in depth and allows him to collect necessary information from people via the web.  This reduces his amount of time spent gathering everything needed to provide the best possible service in property management.

This project utilized content building services as well as all of the technical and theme related aspects of building a website that works for a business.

Custom Built Website Client:  Universal Holistic Energy Healer, Kevin Chinery

This is a very clean and basic static website built for a specialized service provider out in sunny California.

It was a pleasure to help Kevin get his site online so he can now focus more on bringing improvements to other people’s lives through his holistic healing practice.

This is really the smallest project Methodic Pages will currently do.  It is a custom built 3 page static HTML and CSS coded site with a basic contact form, navigation, and on page search engine optimization.  Kevin also wanted to have a nice audio playing in the background when someone visits his home page.  So, that was coded in there as well.

Custom Built Website Client:  Conductive Electrical Contracting, LLC

This local electrical contractor has been wanting to get a decent website for quite some time.  The company is very busy and did not have a ton of time to put into creating the content needed for the site.  So, throughout this project I have been providing image and content solutions.  I don’t just churn out a template based site and send you on your way just so I can build a portfolio.  I am more interested in providing some value.

Since this website is built on using WordPress to manage the content, it would be easy for the customer to upload new coupons or specials.   But, I am managing the website for them in the coming year in order to help build traffic, back links, and popularity.  That way Jeff can concentrate on providing the most comprehensive electrical services to his customers as possible.

Originally, this customer went with an HTML based website but saw that the content management system was definitely a better fit.  As new pages and excerpts are written that showcase the professional services of Conductive Electrical Contracting, this website will get bigger and bigger without a huge ongoing cost.

Custom Built Website Client: Fur Kids Pet Services

This website uses WordPress and a free customizable theme from Atahualpa. All of the colors were customized to fit the Fur Kids Company colors. Many plug ins were chosen and installed to give this website added functionality.

Since this company has plans to publish a lot of articles related to dog obedience, training, pet sitting, and grooming, the content management system of WordPress was a perfect fit. I have committed to maintaining this website and keeping it updated as needed.

They are also in a great position for when they are ready to begin email marketing and sending out newsletters. That is another added benefit to hiring me for a project of this sort. Often people want to get something going online but just are not quite ready for all of the extra things like managing an email list or even selling products online. As Fur Kids rolls out unique pet related products and content rich newsletters, I will be able to easily put those things in place.

My company delivers value long term with custom built websites and management. I am not interested in churning out a zillion websites. I prefer to take a handful from their inception and beyond. I commit to the projects and take care of updates in a timely manner.

Custom Built Website Client:  All American Fence Company, Inc.

This website is a basic HTML and CSS based design.  I designed and built this site before deciding to focus mainly on my strengths with using WordPress as a content management system.

Working with this customer, All American Fence Company, was truly a positive experience.  They are one of the reasons why I prefer to work with local small businesses when providing web design services.  We worked closely together so that I could get a good feel for their business culture and image that they wanted to convey.

Whenever I take on a new website design client, I commit to the project for a solid year because I also do a lot in the background with search engine optimization and marketing.  Website maintenance is taken care of and included in the initial site design package unless other arrangements are made.

Within just a few short months, this website was indexed in the search engines, saw an increase in website traffic, popularity, and inquiries, and landed on the first page of search engine results for specific keywords.

My background work continues.  The future goals for this website include increasing page rank, adding a blog, and a major database of pictures and fence materials for their customers to research.
